Gentlemen using the application of Sa'ed please read the terms and conditions of the use of the app

(Sa'ed for Medical Care) Carefully ('terms and conditions'). Please do not continue using the app/services if you do not agree to the terms and conditions. Your continue using the app/services is your agreement of the terms and conditions contained in it.

Firstly, recognitions :

• 'Content' means any reviews, comments, messages, data, medical information, personal information, text, music, sound, alert, image, drawing, video, code or other material that is broadcast and displayed on an app that is directly assisted or through an electronic application for others.

• 'Interactive areas' mean discussion forums, advertisements  boards, review services, chat, the medical network communication platform, or other forums provided by application of Sa'ed that other users use or use to post content and take advantage of the app.

• 'Automated processing' means any robot, spider, screen scraper, data collection tools or other tools, routine or automated process.

• The user should not be a competitor to Sa'ed app or offers any product or service similar to what a company offers (Information technical study company or Sa’ed application )  

• The user and service provider must comply with all applicable laws and regulations inside Saudi Arabia or in the country which the service was provided.

• The user must provide correct and accurate information for Sa'ed application and you must comply with any notices made by Sa'ed related to the services provided by Sa'ed to ensure that there is no obstruction of any of the operational operations carried out by Sa'ed application.

• The user's use of Sa'ed app's services should not cause any harm, harassment or inconvenience to anyone.

•  The user's use of Sa'ed application services should not be aimed at competing, revealing medical secrets or defaming any members of the medical network.

• The user maintains all the content and password numbers to access your account securely.

• A company (information technical study company) has the right to prevent from providing any service or use of the application without giving you reasons.

• The user has no right to cancel any service that has confirmed its request from the application and if the request is cancelled, the user must pay a fine of the value of the request that was cancelled in exchange for the cancellation of the service after requesting it.

• In order to access Sa'ed app, you will need internet access, so you must be responsible for any connection, service or fees associated with Internet access and provide all the equipment necessary to enable you to connect to the Internet (including mobile phone, modem and other devices necessary to access) due to the limited capacity and use of all servers (servers) by many people at the same time.

• The user should prevent from the following things (whether the user has done them personally or through a third party) namely:

1. Use an automated process to collect or integrate information, content or data that contains it or can be accessed through the Sa'ed application with information, material or data accessed, or its source from anyone from the medical network.

2. Using any automated process to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper way of working Sa'ed app.

3. Apply reverse engineering, reverse collection, disassembly, or any other work that would detect a source code or other arithmetic formulas or processors for the computer software used in the infrastructure and processes related to the Sa'ed application.

4. Copying, reproducing, changing, modifying, deriving works from, or making a public show , of any part of the content of application of Sa'ed , even if this is not intended to harm a company (an information technical study

About user-generated content:

By providing the user any content for Sa'ed app, you grant us a non-exclusive, free, lasting, transferable, global, non-negotiable, and        sub-licenseable license for:

1. Use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, copy, broadcast and deliver in any way, and in acts adapted to be displayed or performed in front of an audience anywhere in the world and through any media outlet, now known or invented in the future, taking into account the privacy of the user in accordance with the legislation in force.

2. Use the name you have been provided relevant to the content, as you grant us a license to prosecute any real or legal person who violates your rights or our rights in this content, as the user acknowledges and agrees that all content provided to Sa'ed application  by you is not secret  from the company (Information technical study company) or the medical staff that you dealt with through the application, as well as recognizing all our rights to provide the service to you through the application and allow us to make absolute use of the rights granted to us according to the requirements.

Fifthly, commitments :

Information technical study company is not committed to any item from these items of terms and conditions  in any way , by using any content beside that , the company , and in case of using the content not demanded to perform any financial obligations towards  the user as a result of that use , as a result of connection failure , or  as a result of not using the content properly , which prevents from taking advantage of Sa'ed services's app .

The company is not responsible for any content posted by users, or causes it to be posted on Sa'ed app directly  or through a website and application, and the victim has the right to prosecute the user or the person who causes the damage legally and has the right to get all data of the company if possible.

The company is not responsible for any content posted, stored or uploaded in interactive areas by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage caused, and the victim has the right to prosecute the person who caused the damage.

An information technical study company is not responsible for any terms, commitments or content provided by users in any public forum, personal home page or other interactive areas, and we are obliged to sort, edit or follow up on any content that is published or distributed through Sa'ed app, and the company has the right to remove or refuse to publish without prior alert to the user any content that has been published or stored by the application of Sa'ed at any time and as result of any reason, only you are responsible for creating backups or replacing or saving the content you posted on Sa'ed app at your own expense.

The user has no right to posting, using, modifying, deleting, and taking advantage of the content by us, licensees, subsequent owners or their waiver.

(User) alone is civilly and penally responsible for the use of interactive areas and each use of them is at their own risk, using the user for interactive areas, he is obliged not to publish, attach, send, distribute, store, find or publish in any way, or cause publication on an application of sa'ed that has directly or indirectly 

 through website and application any of the following things :

• Illegal content, defamation, abuse, offensive contempt of any religious, ethnic or professional group, dissemination or republishment of obscene, pornographic, immoral, obscene, or any content containing suggestions, harassment, immoral, violation of privacy rights, sedition between medical stuff or among users, or the offer of libel to receive service by medical staff in the event that the medical result is not achieved in relation to the pathological case.

• Content involving any criminal violation, break the rights of any party, violation of any local, national or international law, medical regulations and instructions, or electronic crimes law and international treaties in this regard.

• content that may cause any break of the , trademark, commercial secret, copyright, and literary rights of any medical stuff, or other intellectual or property rights of any party.

• Content that impersonates any real or legal person or in any way causes a false claim of having relevant to that real or legal person, including a company (an information technical study company), whether the purpose of which is to harm the company or any medical stuff.

• undesirable promotional materials, political campaigns, advertisements, contests, raffles, offers, or advertisements for a medical or therapeutic product, medical center or hospital..

• Third party information, such as: family name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and credit card numbers.

• Spread viruses, data, and other files that cause damage, malfunction or sabotage.

If your use of interactive areas or other pages of  Sa'ed application  in violation of the terms and conditions set out in Saudi Arabia's terms, conditions and laws terminates or suspends your rights to use interactive areas or Sa'ed application, and to ensure cooperation with legitimate government requests, court summonses and orders, and protection of other users, and our systems, we may access or reveal any information we believe is necessary to implement government or judicial judgments and decisions, including private user file information. In the user's name, email address, IP address, traffic information, date of use, and content that provided for Sa'ed application, we have the right to reveal any information of this kind in advance and prior to our compliance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

If the user has any complaints arising from the content that any other user or medical stuff has published, uploaded, broadcast, distributed, saved, found or in any way posted on Sa'ed app directly or through website and application, you agree to initiate a complaint or lawsuit in the face of that user and not against us.

Sixth: Websites for others:

While retaining the company's demand for the parties to the process the reality of what the company deems appropriate in solidarity and unity between the user and any member of the medical stuff (the service provider).

Seventhly: Intellectual property Rights :

• Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content provided as part of the Sa'ed app are ours or licenseees at all times.

• The user may use this material or content only as authorized by us in accordance with the terms and conditions.

• If the user knows of the existence of  commercial distribution or commercial exploitation of any kind, he agrees to inform the company directly.

Eighthly: Responsibility for the information provided by Sa'ed App : 

• Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content provided as part of Sa'ed app are ours or licenseees at all times.

• The user may use this material or content only as authorized by us in accordance with the terms and conditions.

• If the user realizes the existence of distribution or commercial exploitation of any kind, he agrees to inform the company directly.

Eighthly: Responsibility for the information provided by the Sa'ed application.

• While committing to liabilities determined by law that cannot be excluded, the Company and all managers, employees, agents or contractors of the company assume no liability to the user as a result of any losses, damages, responsibilities, claims or costs including legal costs, defence fees or settlement costs in any way, either directly or indirectly, as a result of a failure of medical stuff, such as non-restriction with appointments or failure to provide medical service properly, we are also committed to actively seeking to inform an application of Sa'ed in all forms of care required, except as required by law.

Tenthly : Compensation :

The user acknowledges and agrees to compensate us or any of our affiliates and the employees, managers and employees of us or our affiliates immediately and upon request, from all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, including legal fees arising from any break of the law or violation of these terms and conditions by the user or other damages arising from your use of Sa'ed application in violation of the terms and conditions or the law.

Eleven: Termination:

We retain the right to immediately terminate your use of Sa'ed application in the event that you violate these terms or if you engage in unacceptable conduct contrary to the terms and conditions or that will affect other employees or service providers of medical stuff .

Sa'ed gives you the opportunity to benefit from your health insurance if any, so enter all the personal data and information about your health insurance when you use the application, so that you can collect payments due to your use of Sa'ed application  by your insurance company and according to the percentage of the contribution of that company, as Sa'ed application  give you a receipt and a medical report approved by the insurance company, but the company ( Information technical study company ) is not responsible for collecting payment allowance from the insurance company.

Seventeenth: Parties concerned with the terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions apply to the company, employees and service providers of medical stuff, and no other person has the right to benefit from these terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to perform any of our obligations and practice our rights granted to us by the terms and conditions through another party authorized to do so with applying the terms and conditions.

Eighteenth: Referral: 

We reserve the right to transfer in any way transfer any or all of our rights and obligations provided in these terms and conditions to any other party, whether in the case of the authorization of third parties to supervise and manage, if a partner entered or the app is sold to other one.

Nineteenth: Costs for service:

• The company shows all prices in the application for each service and the prices depend on each service before request and the price is likely to vary by region, country or service request time, there are fixed prices for some services and there are prices based on the nature of the situation or the time of need, and the company may update the prices at any time and you must be always informed about them.

• if there is no sufficient credit in the user's mobile wallet, the service applicant must pay for the service through electronic payment and the service is not provided before that , taking into account the commission due to the company by the user and service provider.

• No payments made by mistake can be recovered or returned through the application, but are recovered by the receiver of the money (medical service provider) or by reviewing the company's office that located in Riyadh.

• Prices, as in the table below, include the prices of medical consultations, medical examination, radiology, medical visits allowance and medicine delivery service allowance, and may change within working conditions, so the user and members of the medical network should keep them informed continuously about the price schedule.
